Lace Wars the award winning historic re-enactment group portray members of both factions.

With soldiers of both the British and Jacobite army and their civilian followers they set up two military camps showing the Weapons, Uniforms, and Life of the mid 18th century.

The group coming will be re enacting the last conflict on British soil – The Jacobite Rising of 1745 – 1746.

Over the weekend there will be arena displays, skirmishes, weapons firing and chance to meet both soldiers and civilians. This is the real Outlander story.
